Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výstavby a provozování fotovoltaické elektrárny v podmínkách České republiky. Diplomová práce se skládá z části teoretické, analytické a návrhové. V části teoretické kde jsou rozebrána teoretická východiska, která jsou následně aplikována v dalších částech. Analytická část pojednává o podmínkách a překážkách výstavby a provozu fotovoltaických elektráren na území ČR. Část návrhová obsahuje vlastní návrh možných řešení fotovoltaické elektrárny a doporučení nejvhodnějšího řešení.

This bachelor’s thesis is concerned with floatation of the entrepreneurially plan whom the subject is foundation of MS SPORT Ltd. company which will distribute the shop with sporting goods, clothing and servicing of ski and snowboards. My plan contains the suggestions of organization, marketing, financial plan and calculation of the financial analysis. The aim of my work is data evaluation, feasibility and profitability of my plan.

The thesis is written in order to composition of business plan for creation of new consultant centre of construction company NOSTA s. r. o. For elaboration were used special methods which properly analyses actual statement and also point out new possibilities for improvement of efficiency of the company. Project part describes the new product and the procedure of its placing on the market. Economic effectiveness is evaluated too.

Passive houses and their costs

The bachelor thesis is about the costs of construction and operation of a passive house. It compares the costs of construction and operation with a dispositionally identical building in the existing standard and determines the payback period of the investment. Terms such as passive house, energy performance of buildings, heat losses and heat gains are defined. Then the creation of prices in construction, cost calculations or budget indicators are elaborated. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to quantify the higher investment costs of a passive building, its savings in the operational phase and evaluation of the payback period of the investment.

Reconstruction and modernization of a former farm house in the economic and cultural center of Rudna near Prague

Subject of the diploma thesis is a project focused on reconstruction and reanimation of agricultural brownfield historicaly used as a grain warehouse. Further step of the project is foundation of Pension Sýpka offering accomodation capacities and settlement of separately operating restaurant relatively independed on invesent intention. The main goal is to evaluate the investment intention based on creared feasibility study. The theory is focused on feasibility study itself, it's structure and logical linking with project management methodology. Practical part starts with hospitality market analysis followed by each project phase including realisation end efficiency evaluation. After all the study gives an overall view on project and describes its potential, strenght and weaknesses.
